Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- in the same condition as received
- unused and undamaged
- in original packaging (if applicable)

Return shipping

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
Damaged or incorrect items

Non-returnable items
